St. Louis-based freelance photojournalist Randall Hyman has won a $40,000 grant from the Alicia Patterson Foundation for his project “High Stakes at High Latitudes: Climate Change in the Norwegian Arctic.” Hyman’s project will focus on the effects of climate change on commercial fishing, technology and adaptation to environmental damage. Tracy Clemons, a multimedia journalist at KSDK in St. Louis, has been named to a similar position at KTRK in Houston.
